How the Market works

Maison Crescent curates listings. When you send a request, Maison Crescent reviews it with the provider. If it is a fit, you receive a quote with the scope, date, price and cancellation terms. Nothing is owed until you accept a quote and pay.

Paying through Maison Crescent

You pay the quoted total through Maison Crescent, by card through Stripe. This is a managed deal: Maison Crescent manages the deal and its payment. It is not an escrow service.

The provider is paid after the work is completed, under the provider terms.

Completion

When the provider marks the work delivered, you are asked to confirm completion, or to report a problem. Problems are reviewed by Maison Crescent staff.

Cancellations and refunds

Each quote states its cancellation terms. Refunds follow those terms and the Refund and cancellation policy.

Conduct and liability
