Who we are

What we collect, and why

Tickets: your name, email, the tickets you buy and the names (and optional emails) of the attendees you add. We use them to issue tickets, check guests in and contact you about your event.

Waivers: for tickets that need one, the attendee’s typed signature, the time, IP address and browser, recorded with the exact waiver version they signed.

Market: the details you send with a request (name, email, optional phone and link, what you need, date, location, message), quotes and deal history. We share what is needed with the provider who fulfils your request; we do not give your email or phone to providers.

Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep Stripe’s references to the payment.

Providers: business details and payout status. Stripe collects identity and bank details for payouts directly; we never see them.

Door check-in: who was admitted, when, and by which staff member.
