REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Event tickets

If the event happens as scheduled: sales are final.

If the event is cancelled: every order is refunded in full, automatically, to the original payment method.

If the event is rescheduled: your tickets stay valid; you can request a full refund from your order page within the window announced with the new date.

Individual exceptions are at Maison Crescent’s discretion.

Market deals

Each quote states its cancellation terms. By default: before work begins, a full refund; after work begins, at Maison Crescent’s discretion, less any agreed provider compensation; after delivery, no refund unless the work was not delivered as agreed.

How refunds are paid

To the original payment method, through Stripe. Card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear.
